National Board Certification is one of the highest professional recognitions a teacher can achieve, awarded only after a rigorous process that includes deep reflection, demonstrated classroom excellence, and proof of positive student impact. It represents dedication, expertise, and a deep commitment to students, and she embodies all of those qualities and more.
This accomplishment is a powerful testament to the outstanding educator we see in action every day. Ms. Lambert is in her fourth year of teaching. She began her teaching career in third grade and currently teaches first grade at East Franklin. Her classroom is a place where students grow, think deeply, and learn by leaps and bounds because of the opportunities, encouragement, and care she provides. She continually reflects, improves, and goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels capable and supported.
